A one-on-one session includes a client intake, a physical assessment, movement, stillness (savasana) and a closing that tends to your empowerment. The Integrated Systems Model (ISM) Trauma informed, Yoga Therapy is a wholistic approach to healing and focuses on determining the root cause of your concern. Merging Western understandings of anatomy, physiology and mind-body psychology with ancient Eastern Yogic practices, such as breath work, postures, and meditation, this human centered modality recognizes the interconnectedness of your emotions, thoughts and body. Programs are personally curated to empower you with body-based tools necessary to start and continue your unique healing journey at home. Your journey is based on your readiness and commitment to the practice. A minimum of 4 1:1 sessions is recommended, though not required and no previous yoga experience is needed.

Child in Air Yoga

Every child has the capacity to find balance, allowing their beautifully distinctive inner light to shine. Structured similar to a grown-up session through the explorations of yoga, kids are given the opportunity to imagine, create, and explore their self-expression with  kindness, mindful movement and play. Kid's yoga therapy sessions create  opportunities for you to take some well deserved "me-time" while your mini yogi enjoys a Yoga Nanny like experience. Come join us for some interactive play!
